2023 Membership Celebration
Members and the community gathered together to celebrate inspiring stories of why it’s important to be a Women’s Fund member. This year the theme was “Ripples to Waves: Turning small ripples of giving into large waves of positive impact in our western El Dorado County community. 2023 Grants Gala
The energy in the room at the Grants Gala was electric! Our members were excited to be able to grant almost $100,000 to local nonprofits while enjoying great food, inspiring talks from last year's grantees, and, of course, each other. Please click on the photos below to access the entire gallery.
2023 Ballot Showcase
March 30th, 2023 over 100 members and 17 nonprofits gathered at the American Legion to see the exciting new projects that will be on the ballot. Appetizers were provided by Foothill Grill.
$1,000,000 MILESTONE/15 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
October 6th, 2022 over 200 people attended this event at David Girard Vineyards to celebrate how 15 years of compassion and generosity from our members has created a kinder and more caring community. Stories were shared of how WFED began, what it has accomplished and exciting things coming in the future along with a scrumptious dinner by John Sanders and the crew of the Old Town Grill. 2022 Grants Gala
May 5th, 2022, WFED members and community supporters gathered together at the beautiful Saureel Vineyards on a lovely spring evening. Guests enjoyed heart-felt messages of gratitude from last year’s grant recipients, celebrated the 8 grantees for 2022, listened to messages from two of the three Wickline scholars, and enjoyed a tasty, fiesta-style meal from Old Town Grill.

2021 Membership Celebration
Last October 2021, WFED members and community supporters gathered together safely outdoors on a beautiful fall night in Camino. Guests enjoyed heart-felt messages of gratitude from previous year's grant recipients and a Wickline scholar, enjoyed a tasty meal from Old Town Grill, and even welcomed a little rain.
